Join USA Triathlon Florida Region in recognizing the first class of Hall of Fame inductees at the Hall of Fame luncheon on January 30, 2016.

Four accomplished individuals —Official Coordinator and Contributor, Thomas Reilly, local race director, Fred Sommers; national and world champion age-groupers Virginia Poyner and Joe Bonness — will join the USA Triathlon Hall of Fame as the first induction class in a ceremony presented by USA Triathlon Florida Region on Jan. 30 at Holiday Inn Across from Universal Studios in Orlando, FL  Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs.

“As always, we are pleased to announce the Class of 2015 for induction into the USA Triathlon Florida Region Hall of Fame,” said Hector L Torres,  chair of the USA Triathlon Florida Region. “If one were to review the goals and purposes of the Hall of Fame, these four individuals would meet every criterion. Based on their athletic abilities and positive influences within the sport of triathlon, four more worthy people could not have been chosen. We look forward to the celebration of their induction in Orlando, FL on Jan. 30.”

Beginning in 2015, the USA Triathlon Florida Region Hall of Fame will recognize the best performances and contributions in the sport’s 41-year history. The four inductees will be celebrated at an induction banquet presented by USA Triathlon Florida Region on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 12 p.m. EST at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Across from Universal Studios.

Tickets

Individual tickets to the banquet, presented by USA Triathlon Florida Region, will be set at $25 and include the lunch, and inductee presentation.

Corporate or sponsor tables (8 seats) are also available for $500 and include a company logo in the program and registration platform, company logo on table and emcee mention during the ceremony.

No refunds will be available.

Attire

Please be aware that the dress code is business casual. This is defined as slacks and collared shirts, but a jacket is optional. Jeans, shorts, baseball caps or t-shirts are discouraged.
